Our simple and common-sense approach will help you get the results you expect!
We begin our focus with an honest effort to hard work, good communication and quality service. Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their decision of choosing us to build their new home.
Our process begins with an initial consultation with the prospective client:
- Questions are asked by the Homeowner and the Company to ensure we are a good fit to work together.
- A rough budget and timeline will be discussed, desired floor plans, options and ideas will be gone over and expectations of the parties involved are determined.
- Once a general agreement is reached on the design and desired budget then we enter into the actual design process. Built to suit first floor.
- The initial design is accompanied by a design fee, typically a small percent of the cost of the project. This allows us to put ample time into the design process of your new home. If you decide to go with one of our existing home designs plans and customize it to meet your needs the design fee will be less because a lot of the work has already been done.
- Once the initial design is completed, we will present our full proposal package, including the exact costs of the project, complete breakdown of specs and finishes, and complete drawings of the project. This meeting opens up opportunities to fine tune the design by adding and deleting features to the plan.
- Once the proper adjustments have been made, a third meeting will take place. Drawings are reviewed, and any cost adjustments will be addressed if necessary. This meeting still offers the ability to make changes if needed, maybe electrical or plumbing fixtures or any other specialty items that can go unnoticed until after construction begins.
- The final pre-construction meeting: Any questions that have come up will be addressed. Color selections will begin on floorings, kitchen and counter tops, paints, siding and shingles. We are always available for your assistance, from the initial design, throughout the entire building process, we are here for you every step of the way!
- We start building! Your beautiful new custom home will be ready in 90-120 days!
